Syllabus For ADPP Jobs 2016 PPSC Assistant District Public Prosecutor
Syllabus For Written Part of Examination:
1- Law (I) this would be a subjective paper with 100 marks and it will last for 03 hours sharp.
2- Law (II) A candidates would be tested in legal knowledge in MCQ’s or objective type paper, comprising 100 marks and it would last for 02 hours sharp.
Total Written marks would be counted as 200.
LAW-I Total Paper Marks are 100 and subjects would be, as below.
- The Pakistan Penal Code, 1860.
- The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.
- The Qanun-e-Shahadat Order, 1984.
LAW-II Total Paper marks are 100 and subjects would be, as below.
- Control of Narcotics Substances Act, 1997.
- Juvenile Justice System Ordinance, 2000.
- Probation And Parole Laws.
- Police Rules, 1934 (Chapter 22-27).
- Medical Jurisprudence and Application of Forensic Sciences to Criminal Cases.
- The Punjab Criminal Prosecution Services (Constitution, Function & Powers) Act, 2006.
10 marks will be specified for Computer Proficiency. Syllabus for Computer Proficiency is to be considered as follows;
Basic Computer literacy skills with sound handling abilities to MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Knowledge of Email System & Internet.
