Punjab Food Authority is a regulatory body, vested with the responsibility to ensure the food safety, pricing and hygiene in the province. PFA is currently operational under the Government of Punjab and is acting as an agency to regulate the food supply system under the concerned legislation (Punjab Food Authority Act of 2011). At present the agency is inviting suitable folks with M.SC, MS (Hons), BS, B.SC (Hons) in Food Technology, Agriculture, Food Safety and Quality Control, BBA, B.COM, LLM, Bachelor’s with Computer Science, ACCA, Intermediate or Matric from recognized institutions, to apply against the recently announced posts like, Food Safety Officers, Clerks, Directors and other lower class positions. NTS is handed over the responsibility to collect the applications for recruitment test and to shortlist the candidates for further selection against the post they have sent application for.
