In-time IT access is a requirement for a quality research and for high achievers its like a “must to have” thing, hence keeping in mind the motive to assist the students in their studies by providing them a free laptop is an initiative that must be admired. PM Laptop Program 2017 is a picture perfect example of Government’s seriousness about diverting the students enrolled in variant programs towards extracting the maximum out of their academic semesters. Through Phase IV and V the intention is to distribute 200,000 (2 Lac) Laptops among the talented students from various Institutions carrying on, Under-Graduate (FA, FSC), Graduate Level (BA, BSC, Bachelor’s) and Post-Graduate (M.A, M.SC, M.BA and MPhil, P.hD) programs. PM Laptop Scheme 2017 Phase IV & V Online Registration
Eligibility Criteria & Important Terms For Phase IV & V (Ongoing):
- Students enrolled in Phd, MPhil, or Under Graduate Programs at public sector universities are eligible to apply.
- An applicant must have a valid Form-B/CNIC number.
- He/She must be a valid student as of the closing date for the submission of application, which is 30th of September 2017.
- Students enrolled in Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) programmes at Government Colleges of Technology as well as students from FA/FSC, BA/BSC, MA/MSC of Public Sector Graduate and Post-Graduate colleges in FATA and Islamabad Capital Territory.
- Students studying as distinct learner in Virtual University of Pakistan and Allama Iqbal Open University.
- No Laptop will be issued to those who have already availed in past from such initiative.
- Students form Private sector higher Education institutions are not eligible to apply.
- Students who haven’t got minimum CGPA or Percentage required.
Registration Process:
Apply by checking your Institution’s name, campus city, university department, focal person and submitting a dully filled application comprising all academic criteria and personal information though official portal link, pasted below. Incorrect and factitious data through the application will not be entertained and such information may lead to cancellation of application.
