Both male and female, Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply if they have acquired the required education (for the respective branches), provided they are not falling within the ineligibility terms provided below.

Twice rejected by ISSB, a, however, a third chance is valid for those who have acquired the specific higher qualification, required.
Twice rejected after post-graduation or once before and once after the post-graduation.
Screened-out twice at ISSB,
Tested within 04 months or 1 year where the validity is of ISSB/GHQ/NHQ selection board is one year.
Dismissed/resigned/removed from the Government services.
Convicted by the court of law for the offence/offences involving the moral turpitude.
Withdrawn from any armed forces academy for any reason or declared unfit by the medical or appeal medical board.
Candidates bearing the dual nationality, unless they give up the foreign citizenship before joining PN.
Being married to a foreign national.
Concealment of or tampering with the required information/documents.
Females for family reasons.
