Different sections require Human-Resource, and the recruitment is to be carried under “The Naval Headquarters Islamabad” (NHQ) (Higher Formation), Industrial and Technical Vacancies (Lower Formation PNCA) and vacancies for non-technical staff (Lower Formation PNCA). Female are equally encouraged and are invited to apply for the specified positions if they meet the minimum eligibility criteria provided under the respective notification. A candidate (Bachelor’s, Intermediate (FA, F.SC), Matric Middle qualified) has to undergo various steps of selection (tests, medical examination, and interviews) to be shortlisted for the final selection on the individual’s performance and merit basis. Ineligibility Conditions:

The following individuals are not eligible to apply:

Dismissed/Terminated from any Government job or Armed forces training institutes.
Convicted on moral turpitude by the court of law.
Rejected by Armed forces appeal medical board or any other medical testing board.
Candidates tempering with the original documents or wrong furnishing credentials.

Selection Process & Recruitment Schedule:

The selection would be comprising the following steps.

Written tests will commence at the recruitment centers from 25th of March, 2018.
The exam would be comprising the intelligence, general knowledge, Islamic Knowledge, Pak Studies and Professional tests.
Written tests result will be announced on 19th of April 2018, which will be made available on official Pak Navy’s website www.joinpaknavy.govpk.
Medical examination and personality tests (of medically fit individuals) will be held in April 2018.
Trade tests (practical) for specified (skilled based positions) designations.
For all NHQ positions, the interviews will be conducted.
The final selection on merit basis.
