In-Eligibility Terms:
The following individuals are not eligible to apply.
- Twice rejected by GHQ/NHQ/AHQ/ISSB selection board or once rejected by ISSB and once rejected by GHQ/AHQ/NHQ selection board.
- Withdrawn from any academy/training institution of Armed forces on any ground.
- Dismissed/removed from any Government service including the Armed forces.
- Submitting tempered or forged documents/academic certificates.
- Convicted by the court of law for an offence involving the moral turpitude.
- Tested within 04 months (last ISSB appearance).
- Declared unfit by appeal medical board or armed forces hospitals.
- Concealing the information on the application form.
Selection Process:
The selection procedure would be comprising the following.
- Entrance tests will commence with effect from 13th of November, 2018.
- The computer-based evaluation includes an Intelligence test followed by the academic analysis in English, Mathematics, Physics and General Knowledge.
- Test date will be intimated to each candidate by respective Naval selection centre through SMS.
- Preliminary medical and interviews.
- Test and interviews at ISSB.
- Medical examination of the recommended (ISSB) candidates will be held at nearest CMH or Naval hospital.
- NHQ will make the final selection on merit basis.

Note: Applications sent directly to “Recruitment Directorate at Naval Headquarters” will not be entertained for the recruitment procedure.
