InEligibility Terms:
The candidate will be considered ineligible if :
- “NOT RECOMMENDED” by ISSB or PMA/Graduate course or equal/ PAF Courses twice.
- Declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board
- Unfit Medically due to Hepatitis B & C
- Withdrawn from any Academy/ Training institution of Armed forces due to any reason or removed from the bonded Armed Forces College/ institution for violating the discipline.
- Found guilty/convicted by the Court of Law.
Note: The candidates have to be the citizens of Pakistan or hold a domicile of Azad Kashmir, the dual nationals will have to give up other nationality in case of selection.
How to Apply?
The willing contestants can either apply online or by visiting the AS&RCs. The candidates can register themselves through the Pak Army official website provided below. One will be informed regarding the test date and time via an Email (candidate must have and provide the email account).
Registration at the AS&RCs
The candidates can go to the closest AS&RCs for the registration process. It is necessary to take all the required documents along in order to complete the registration successfully.
Note: Those who have completed registration online will have to bring the required documents along on the test day.

Selection Process:
After the registration, the candidates will be called to take Academic/ Intelligence tests comprising the MCQs. The tests will be Computer-based. Thus it is necessary for the candidates to have to adequate know-how of the Computer. Later a medical test will be conducted at the AS&RCs. This is only an initial medical test the selected candidates will go through a detailed medical test afterwards.
Physical Test :
The applicants will have to complete the physical test successfully in order to make it to the selection list.
- 6km Run 9 mins
- Push Ups 10 Reps 2 mins
- Sit Ups 10 Reps in 2 mins
- Chin Ups 2 reps in 2 mins
Initially, selected individuals will be then called for ISSB tests and interviews. Final selection is subject to the success through a detailed medical examination and overall performance of the candidate.
The selected personnel will then go for the training of 6 months period.
Required Documents at AS & RC:
- Original Certificates or 2 photocopies x attested mark sheets of each degree/diploma/certificate.
- No Objection certificate for those who are currently serving in the Government institutions
- Attested Photocopy of Domicile
- Photocopies of CNIC with verification slip bt NADRA
- 6x Photographs (Attested front & back)
- HEC must verify all the degrees
- Postal Order of Rs. One hundred in favour of Director General Personnel Administration, GHQ Rawalpindi.
The selected candidates will have to sign the Bond to serve the Army for a minimum seven years period.
