Online registration has been started for permanent, short service (SSC), and special purpose short service commission (SPSSC) through GDP (Pilots), Air Defence, Engineering, Admin/Accounts, Education, MET and other Branches. Pakistani nationals are invited to apply from any region. The competitors (Male-Female) will be shortlisted if they are appropriately qualified and fall under the physical fitness criteria, provided if they meet other imperative terms. PAF grants commission on completion of the respective courses going to be held at the training academy Risalpur. The selected individuals will enjoy certain perks and privileges comprising free medical treatment for them and their families, as well as 50% waiver in fare by train or air, subsidised education for children, opportunities to participate in deputation based courses and particularised housing schemes. Later the aspirants will have to take the intelligence and academic test, after this an initial medical examination will be taken at I&S centres.
The shortlisted candidates will then be selected for ISSB tests and interviews at /Gujranwala/Malir/Quetta.
Finally, the detailed medical examination will be done at CMB Lahore.
CSC candidates will be called for interview, which will be conducted by AHQ special selection board.
The applicants for GD pilots will have to take the Flying Aptitude test.

After the successful completion of all the selection procedure, Air Headquarters will make the final selection according to the merit.

Note: Willing candidates who do not have access to the internet can go to the PAF I&S centres for registration along with the required documents.

Intelligence Test & Academic test details :

The candidates for General Duty pilot will have to take a test based on English & Physics. Air Defence competitors will have to take an analysis based on English & Physics, and candidates for Aeronautical Engineering will go through a test based on English, Physics & Mathematics.

125 CSC will be examined for relevant subjects.

Ineligibility Conditions:

Candidates will be considered ineligible if they have been:

Screened-out by ISSB, twice
Medically unfit due to Hepatitis B & C and declared unfit by Armed forces hospital.
Declared permanently UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board
Found guilty by the Court of Law.
Dismissed from Government services
Screened out by Army/Navy & Airforce thrice during preliminary selection
Withdrawn from Armed Forces Academy/Training Institution on disciplinary grounds.
