Every year The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) invites online applications from suitable male and female individuals to adjust (hire) them as bureaucrats under different departments that operate under the Federal Government of Pakistan. The central superior services examination conducted by the authority is an elite process by which the qualified, confident and diligent folks are being introduced under various departments (occupational groups) requiring the human resource under the officer grades (BS-17). Females are equally encouraged to apply, while the underlying qualification standard is, second division Bachelor’s degree. The number of vacancies are not being announced yet and will be notified soon after the official declaration. Each interested aspirant has to undergo a pre-specified selection process comprising the written test, psychological assessment tests, group discussions, interviews and final allocation from open-merit or the seat quota basis (specified for each province). Eligibility Criteria:

Women & Minorities Quota:

As per the Federal Government’s policy, 10% of the job quota is reserved for women and 5% is being reserved for minorities within the share of province and regions.

Application Procedure:

CSS aspirants are required to fill the online application form (contained within a link below) with extreme care, take print and dispatch the hard copy of the same proforma to FPSC with the deadline. Deposit fee for 2200/- RS in Government Treasury/State Bank of Pakistan/National Bank. Attach attested copies of all certificates and other documents with the job proforma and send it along with original deposit slip at the address of Secretary FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad.
